Cleaning may reveal pre-existing damage or defects that were not previously visible, and we are not responsible for such conditions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glass Minute Call disclaims any liability for property damage, loss, or injury arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to pre-existing structural issues, improper installation of glass, defective materials, or unsafe conditions at the service location. Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to all areas requiring service.

In no event shall Glass Minute Call be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of use, loss of value, or loss of income, arising out of or related to the use of this website or our services.

Refund Policy - the basics

Refund Policy

At Glass Minute Call, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and meticulous results for every client. Due to the nature of our work and the time reserved for each project, the following refund policy applies:

Estimates & Deposits
All estimates are based on the scope of work discussed at the time of booking. In certain cases, a deposit may be required to secure your service appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled service if adequate notice is provided.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid.

Service Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, you must notify us within 48 hours of completion. We will return to address any concerns at no additional cost. Due to the nature of window cleaning, refunds are not issued for completed services once a reasonable opportunity to correct any issues has been provided.

Weather & Environmental Conditions
Window cleaning services are subject to weather and environmental factors beyond our control. Glass Minute Call reserves the right to reschedule services due to unsafe or unsuitable conditions. Such rescheduling does not qualify for a refund.

Pre-Existing Conditions
Glass Minute Call is not responsible for damage or imperfections resulting from pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to scratched glass, failed seals, hard water staining, or construction debris. These conditions may become more visible after cleaning and do not qualify for refunds.

Access & Property Conditions
Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to all service areas. If access is restricted or unsafe at the time of service, we reserve the right to modify or cancel the appointment, which may result in additional charges.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered only in rare circumstances where services cannot be completed due to reasons solely attributable to Glass Minute Call and no reasonable resolution can be provided. Any approved refunds are issued at the sole discretion of the company.

Glass Minute Call

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all services provided by Glass Minute Call (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By scheduling or accepting services, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms.

1. Scope of Services & Estimates

All services are performed based on the scope agreed upon at the time of booking. Estimates are provided in good faith but are non-binding until confirmed on-site. Final pricing may vary depending on property conditions, access, and actual service requirements.

2. Scheduling, Deposits & Payments

Appointments may require a deposit to secure a reserved service date. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment if proper notice is given.

Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Clients must provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

  • Same-day cancellations or failure to provide access (“no-show”) may result in full forfeiture of any deposit and/or additional charges.

The Company reserves the right to reschedule services due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Refund Policy

Glass Minute Call maintains a limited refund policy due to the nature of services rendered and time reserved for each client.

Refund Timeframe
Any request for service-related concerns must be submitted within 48 hours of service completion.

Satisfaction & Corrections
If a Client is dissatisfied, the Company must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect and correct the issue. This may include a return visit at no additional charge.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued only under the following limited conditions:

  • Services were not completed due solely to the fault of the Company; and

  • The Company is unable to reasonably remedy the issue.

Full vs. Partial Refunds

  • Partial refunds may be considered where a portion of the agreed service was not completed.

  • Full refunds are rare and apply only when no meaningful portion of the service has been delivered.

Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • Failure to notify the Company within the stated timeframe

  • Refusal to allow corrective service

  • Dissatisfaction related to pre-existing conditions

  • Environmental factors occurring after service (weather, dust, pollen, etc.)

  • Changes in scope after service completion

  • Access limitations or conditions beyond the Company’s control

All refund determinations are made at the sole discretion of Glass Minute Call.

5. Pre-Existing Conditions & Limitations of Service

Glass Minute Call is not responsible for existing damage or defects, including but not limited to:
scratched or etched glass, hard water staining, mineral buildup, oxidation, seal failure, construction debris, or improper installation.

Cleaning may reveal such conditions, which do not qualify as damage caused by the Company or grounds for refund.

6. Weather & Environmental Conditions

Services are subject to weather and environmental conditions. The Company reserves the right to delay or reschedule services as necessary for safety and quality.

The Company is not responsible for environmental factors affecting glass after cleaning, including but not limited to rain, wind, dust, or airborne debris.

7. Access, Safety & Property Conditions

Clients are responsible for providing safe, clear, and reasonable access to all service areas.

The Company reserves the right to refuse, modify, or discontinue service if conditions are deemed unsafe or inaccessible. In such cases, charges may still apply.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glass Minute Call shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of value, or loss of income.

Total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service in question.

9. Indemnification

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Glass Minute Call from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • Pre-existing property conditions

  • Inaccurate information provided by the Client

  • Unsafe or restricted access conditions

10. Website Disclaimer

All content provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding agreement. Service descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling or accepting services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.
